We are starting to see the real Matt King.
Although in truth he didn't do anything overall spectacular but everything he did he did well.

Thought Louie had a good solid game. He worked hard and played well. We missed Monaghan around the play the ball area with his tackles I thought.

My MOM too Fatbelly, he played well and did nothing wrong.

Briers got a couple of tries so i gave it to him, no one particularly stood out for me

My vote went to Grix, I thought he put in a lot of hard work last night.

No real standout players though!

My vote goes to Briers, purely because i don't think we would have won without him last night.

More difficult than the last couple when the winner was obvious.

I'll go with Rauhihi as last night he came on and lifted our game after Castleford had run themselves to water in ensuring that Morley and Carvell hadn't had it all their own way.

Plus I don't think he gave away his obligatory stupid ball-steal penalty or do his usual one-a-game throw-the-ball-on-the-floor-inappropriate-attempted-off-load.

I went for Harrison (but on the poll accidentally went Vinnie, who I still thought was very good). I think he is really showing us his best at the minute. He tackles very well and he seems to put everything into the game.

L Anderson for me, but Hicks, Grix, King and all the props had good games too.

It's good when the team play well and there's not one stand out player - shows we're going in the right direction.

Having said that I got the feeling that for the first 15mins or so they were living on the glories of last week.
They then got down to the hard work and deserved to win - coming through strongly again in the second half.

Plenty to work on though - particularly with the Shenton try defence.
