I thought for the first 20 minutes we competed well and for me that was the crucial timeframe to keep them out as HKR are always fast starters and i really thought we were in with a chance. apart from our errors what was obvious was just how much a bit of quality in the centre and second row is. we couldnt handle Hiku and Tanginoa and their line speed compared to ours was chalk and cheese. Need to get another second row in sharpish. Think we will beat them in the derby game
be interesting to see how dan [aka dave k] spins your show this afternoon against a team missing its 2 starting second rows and man of steel when the scores were level

It’s frustrating. We’re not far off and have progressed quicker than expected, Think we will add to the squad soon and Oli Holmes is due back too. Just think the occasion got the better of us, I doubt Raps will have a worse game than today. On a more positive note Firmly believe Marc Sneyd will win the lance Todd trophy again to defeat those pesky dobbins lol
