How many sell outs have we had so far? 2, is it both hull clubs?
Yes, 2 - with Saints been pretty close. I would guess this game could sell out or close too. Certainly a case to try up capacity to up and around the 9-10k mark. I did think that it was higher than 8050 capacity now the works and terracing have been done along with new south stand. Surely that would add on an extra 500-1000 capacity? Did someone say that they haven’t re-assessed since the recent world yet?
I did after being told at the Hull game Perhaps once it is re-assessed the capacity will be increased. I can see it being 9k which would be welcome if we are to continue growing as a club. Hopefully it can be re-assessed soon enough.

| Good teams grind out results and win games when they play poorly.
My take from last night is that was a game we would have lost but they never gave in and won a game we were out of for 60 minutes. The game lasts 80 and we played the whole 80 got back into it and won
It wasn't pretty but it's a long time since I have seen that mentality from a Wakefield team.
I have seen us play great against some of the top teams and 95% of the time lost even though the opposition was there for the taking.
Last night proved to me the team are growing in confidence mentally and physically.

Crazy game. We are just full of mistakes and it?s killing us. When I saw the team sheet I thought we were just going to try blow them away through the middle and complete high. But I think this is the first time Powell got his selection completely wrong, and was disappointed not to hear him mention that in his presser after the game. He said he was disappointed to hear the fans booing at half time because the lads were trying, but I think most were booing his choices.
Cam Scott was obviously put on the wing to make yards in our own end - which he did to an extent - but there?s so much more wingers are trained to do. Defending kicks, holding shape out wide, and finishing obviously. Scott couldn?t do any of that. I was also really disappointed with his non-attempt to close Hoy down for their first try.
Then picking such a big bench gave us no option to rejig at half time. If he doesn?t play Walmsley next week it?ll be a show of stubbornness.
I also think Griffin was a bad pick. He carries well but he?s so lazy - often shirks his responsibilities as third man in the tackle, and he?s quite easy to get around these days. But with Nikotemo now out again it looks likely he?ll keep his place. I?d be tempted to out Croft back in, and Vagana obviously.
And of course we need a half. Lino prefers playing down that right channel, and we all but ignored our left edge in good ball, which included our three biggest strike weapons against two of the worst defenders in SL. Again, for me that?s poor coaching. I?d like to see Max back at 6, with Rourke at 1. Otherwise, I?d like to see Stevenson get a shot, if he is ready.
But there were positives. Uele was good again, Nikotemo too, and Faatili completely changed the game. It was relief more than anything.
Agree Griffin did not even attempt to tackle Hoy before he started on is run that lead to there first try ..Scott is a second row he is slow at turning ,and should be no were near the wing .The spine is a joke at present with Pitts at 6 There is no organisations ,only kicking is going through LIno When I saw the team I was shocked why there was no Walmsly or Rourke ..Though we would struggle but I was shocked by how much .As said a top 6 team would have blown us away big time Think the forwards are some of the best I have seen as a pack ,but the back division we had out last night would have struggled in the Championship .

Totally agree, Scott is a SR in my opinion too. For me, he simply doesn?thave the athletic ability to be a top line centre, never mind a winger. He is far too slow. I previously had my doubts about Pratt, but that lad uses his size to his advantage, he?s obscenely strong, carries like a freight train and his athletic capabilities are on another planet to Scott. Hall so far for me simply isn?t playing at SL level. I just think all you can do is go through the team, how they?re playing individually in their respective positions and be honest if you?d think they would start in another top 6 team. Hull Kr Hull Fc Wigan St?s Wire Leigh. After last night performance, not many would in my opinion. We are aspiring to be a top 6 team consistently over the next few years. We?ve got our forward recruitment really good, but lack real quality in the 3/4 line and wing position.

| Not good to watch for large parts, but a win is a win. But come on if you'd offered me 4 wins out of 8 in February I'd have snapped your hand off. Yes it was a poor performance but look at the bigger picture where we are and where we've come from. We'll play better and loose and have done. So move on to Catalan where we'll need to go well to get anything.

| I didn?t like to hear the fans booing, I?ve never boo?d the team I?m supporting at any level, very sad to see. Some our younger fans in the northstand are also a tad embarrassing, the flick the V?s at the cas fans and merchant bankers sign all the time is provocative at best, but totall unnessesary, many of these were the same ones booing our team. As for the game, I think the choice of scott on the wing and Pitts in the halves were totally wrong, Walmsley or Rourke on the wing would have been better with scott at Centre, but for me should have been walmsley with rourke at fullback and max in halves, having Pitts play there means we lost his effectiveness in the middle. Somehow we managed to get the win, but that was more down to Cas running out of gas rather than anything we did. Lastly, how can it take so many looks to overturn an on-field call of try with definitive proof, surely if it?s definitive it just takes one look and don?t get me started on the captains challenge, that needs binning off, I was always taught to respect the ref decision no matter what, all this does is adds fuel to the fire of doubting the ref. We all make errors and when a game is played at speed and so much going on, then surely we can for give a ref for the odd indiscretion, I?d rather the marshalled the ruck and high tackles more consistently than question decision's.
